Responsible for fixing an existing Access db which produced a weekly report. Analyzed the existing process and built a new database and process, making it more efficient.  I created a new excel template for the output of the report, including vba code and macros.  Decreased the amount of labor it took to generate this report from 14 hours to less than 1 hour and thoroughly documented the entire process.

I automated several reports using Business Objects to extract data from the Clarity system. This report previously took 40 hours per month to generate and I decreased this to less than 1 hour.

Identified system inefficiencies and data integrity issues within several company-wide databases.  Created an Access database and elaborate spreadsheets to track all activities for each National Provider Area.  Created and maintained an automated process of compiling data from the multiple data systems and converted to MS Access and Excel.  This initiative decreased the manual compilation process by over 60% in man hours and decreased the number of human errors by 75%.

Developed an Access database to manage the toll-free routing reconfiguration project.  Created and managed a telecom Billing process, managing 45 million dollars in expenses.  Successfully recovered 2 million dollars in over-billed charges from several telecom providers and assisted in the contract negotiation of another provider producing 1.3 million dollars in savings.  Managed work-force from top 15 call centers and load-balanced toll-free call volumes to maximize customer service resources nationally and meet annual client service guarantees.
